B2B boxes for Sigma Connectivity
SENSE SOLUTIONS
Sens Solutions is a Sigma Connectivity IOT product containing two kits, one with a mix of transmitters and one with a hub, charger and cable. Due to the cost restraints we decided to create one box size and model for both kits but with different inserts to fit the different kit contents. To differentiate the kits, we labelled them in the packing line. I also introduced Sigma to good suppliers and helped them with all the handling for production.
These products are mainly handled by janitors that place the transmitters in different parts of their properties. Therefore, a good unboxing experience for this product is to be able to carry the box in one hand and easily grab one transmitter at a time with the other hand, even if you are wearing gloves. The empty box should also be easy to unfold and take as little space as possible in the dustbin.
